This New iPhone Feature Will Double Your Bill. Here’s How To Turn It Off

Apple’s most recent iOS update, iOS 9, implements a new feature that is sending peoples bills sky high if they’re on limited data plans
Wi-Fi Assist, which is by default set to ON, switches you to 4G automatically if it thinks the WiFi connection you’re using isn’t fast enough. If you’re on a limited data plan, this is going to hurt your wallet.
Here’s how to shut off this feature

1. Under Settings, select Cellular.

2. Scroll down until you see Wi-Fi Assist.

3. Tap the button to set it to off.

You just potentially saved yourself a fortune. Spread the word to anyone else you know with an iPhone. Don’t let them wake up to an eye popping data bill, share this with them.
