APPLE CIDER VINEGAR ISN’T A FAD, IT’S A WEIGHT LOSS WEAPON AGAINST STUBBORN BELLY FAT

Rightly touted as the new ‘super fluid’ that has become an obsession with millions, Apple Cider Vinegar, popularly called ACV, is a quick way to an effective energy rake-up. A miracle product that can be used in a large number of ways, ACV can possibly do everything from lowering your cholesterol to helping you shed weight to even polishing your furniture.
The easiest way to put it to good use prior to the festive season is to create your own concoction and sip it through the day. Add two tablespoons of ACV to one litre of water (a regular bottle) and sip this throughout the day or have frequent shots of it at work. Research shows that significant weight loss can be achieved with the daily intake of acetic acid, which happens to be the main ingredient in Apple Cider Vinegar.
According to science, ACV comes from a high concentration of acetic acid, which improves the body’s absorption of important minerals from the foods we consume.
A Japanese study published in 2009 in the journal Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry, found that obese people who consumed between 15ml and 30ml of acetic acid–the major component of vinegar–diluted in water daily for 12 weeks experienced significant fall in body weight, abdominal fat, and waist circumference.
Apple Cider Vinegar can also be used as a toner (one part ACV to two parts water), and left on overnight to fade age-spots and acne. However, no scientific evidence supports this point, but a host of testimonials and DIY videos attest it for its wart-zapping properties.
