Cilantro Pesto Detoxes and Removes Heavy Metals

1/2 cup pine nuts (or almonds)
2 cup cilantro, large stems removed
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)


  1. In a food processor or blender, process the pine nuts or almonds until they have turned into fine crumbs.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
