The vitamin bomb made of ginger, honey and lemon has the power to replace all pills and dietary supplements in the diet.
To prepare it, you need the following ingredients:
- 1 medium ginger root
- 3 lemons
- 0,5l honey
Preparation:
Wash the lemon, cut it into cubes and blend it in a blender.
Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
Mix the lemon with the ginger, and pour them with honey. Stir the mixture and place it in a large jar of 1l.
You can add this jam to your tea, you can put it on a slice of bread, or you can simply take 1 tablespoon of it daily.
