Ingredients:
1 small root ginger
2 teaspoons turmeric
400g garlic, peeled and chopped in quarters
1l water
400gr brown sugar
Preparation:
Place the water in a bowl and heat it, add the sugar inside. After the water is properly heated add the other ingredients. Boil it for 5 minutes, remove the bowl and wait it to cool at room temperature. Put the liquid in a glass bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
Use:
Take 2 teaspoons of this drink in the morning on empty stomach and 2 tablespoons in the evening after the last meal.
