Ingredients:
– 1 kg of lemon
– 5-6 bunches of parsley
– 3 liters of water
– 1 small package of baking soda
Preparation:
Firstly wash the lemon with cold water, and then soak it in warm water in which you’ve previously poured the baking soda. Allow the mixture stand for 1 hour.
Wash the parsley really well, let it dry and chop it finely with its stalks.
Chop the whole lemon finely with its peel on.
Put the ingredients together in a large bowl and pour them with 3 liters of water.
Simmer it at low heat for about 2-3 hours.
You should get about 1 ½ liters of syrup that you should keep it in the fridge.
Consumption:
Drink the syrup on an empty stomach every morning, one brandy cup a day.
The amount is sufficient for 15 days.
